Xfree86 port

I finally got the acceptance from XFree86 Board of Directors to join
XFree86 development team.
While reading the developers mail archive, which is not accessable to
general public, I noticed that there is already a low pace effort underway
to port XFree86 to Win32.  Most of the work being done is by
Cygnus (Cygwin) competitors. There were a few discussion of xfree86 patches
from cygwin-xfree (sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/xfree).
