I looked at Sergey's port.  He had all of those libraries as
static libraries.  X11R6 (win32.cf) under MSVC also builds those three
libs (Xt, Xaw and XMu) as static libs. There must be some known
issues that is why X Consortium builds these libs for Win32
platforms as static libs.

That is what I am doing, trying to get server working 
Rest can be sorted out and fixed later.
