The XGGI.exe executable in pre-alpha-cygwin-xfree.tar.bz2 was compiled without
-DUNIXCONN.  It was compiled with -DTCPCONN flag only, and still gives
socket open failed problem.

Xnest compiles without DXTESTEXT1 too.  Xprt does not, but Xprt code 
complains about undefined xggi references because a lot of new code
has been added in xc/programs/Xserver/hw.
