Its used when you type make World when it gets to the fonts.. The error it
gives is tremendously irritating because it creates a windows modal box and
won't continue until you click ok.. Thing is that there are alot of
statements that generate the error all in a row, so you can be stuck
clicking ok for hours..

libz.dll is used by almost nothing. It will get installed when you
type
make install.
