DXWin32 and XGDI license ?

Yes. DXWin32 and XGDI code is under GPL.  It has
borrowed code from VNC which is GPL'ed.

The X11R6.4 libs and headers are under MIT/X.

I will upload the code this weekend.  Sorry for the
delay. I had too many things going on at work.
