Cygwin URL update request!

Robert,

I assume this weekend or next week you might update Cygwin/XFree86 web
pages.

I have a few requests:

1) Please add John Fortin names back to Developers list, also remove
all the NOTES saying John Fortin left the project for personal reasons or
not actively particpating!
PLEASE WELCOME HIM BACK TO THE PROJECT.

2) Please add Harold Hunt to developers list.

3) Modify FAQ as you like.
