New xfree86-4.0-Xwin.tar.bz2 (includes rgb.txt)

I created a new Xwin tarball with the rgb.txt file included; actually, that
is the only difference.

I posted the package to http://63.106.166.5/KB/xfree86-4.0-Xwin.tar.bz2

Suhaib, I believe that the tarball is correct; will you check it out and
post it to ftp if you concur?

I'm going to remove the xfree86-4.0-devel.tar.bz2 from the list of
recommended packages in the how-to; does anyone disagree with this?
