xfree apearance

I plan to make the XFree pages look a bit more like the main cygwin pages.
The reason? I think XFrree86 on cygwin is just about ready for primetime -
there's very little core stuff that doesn't work. As such I think a close
fit between the main cygwin pages and the XFree pages would be a good thing.

Any objections?

ps I'm not talking about major content changes.. just page layout, font &
colours..
