SGML authoring

Thanks for the references..
Have a look at sources.redhat.com/docbook-tools. It has a complete
archive of the tools needed. The problem I had was my choice of
platform. 

(Hey Chris, anyone at redhat got time to make a win32 distro of
docbook-tools :-] )
