Possible cause of Windows 98 failures?

Yup, I got my sources from CVS.  I just ran an update too...

I see the code where it looks for imake and if it doesn't find imake it
looks for imake.exe, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Did you get sources from CVS at xfree86.org?  I fixed that in makefile.in
