[ANNOUNCEMENT] Shadow Framebuffer Test 1

I'm happy to announce a shadow framebuffer based test server.  This server
should work on Windows 95/98/Me, as well as Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.

I have prepared a simple release page at:

http://www.msu.edu/~huntharo/xwin/shadow/

This release consists of updates to a single file: XWin.exe.  You can
download XWin.exe from a link on the page mentioned above.

I'd really appreciate some quick feedback on whether this works for people.

P.S.  The release page above will eventually make it onto the primary
Cygwin/XFree86 site; but I have homework due tomorrow, so that won't be
tonight :)
