XShm

Oh do not enable  SHM in cygwin.cf.  I did that in early versions it causes
a lot of problems.  Use #define HasSHM NO.  DO NOT CHANGE IT TO YES UNLESS
YOU WANT TO SPEND WEEKS ON DEBUGING AND DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK
