X11R6.4 and Xfree86

What are you trying to do?  XF86 duplicates the X11 you have?
XF86 works with X11R6.4???  I am lost!!!
The current releases of XF86 are based upon
X11R6.4.  The next version of XF86 will be based upon X11R6.5.1.
