D-OH!! Command Prompt != Cygwin Prompt

I have been hitting my head against the wall for a few days and with the
help of those like Clemmitt Sigler, and Suhaib Siddiqi I was able to hit
it really hard!!! (lol)

Just for documentation and to refresh peoples minds and all that ....

the Xwindow is NOT to be started from your cygwin prompt **D-OH**

You need to start up a command prompt within windows then
cd \cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin
once there you can use the "StartXWin.Bat" command
and **POOF** you'll have your fully functional XWin

I did not see that in the HOW TO pages but if it could be added I think
a few of we newbies would get two steps further before we bugged those
who know .......
Again THANKS ALL who helped and had patience.
