[ANNOUNCEMENT] XWin Key test

Yup, I never posted the code for test 15 to my announcement page.

The key tests have therefore been built against the test 14 code.

Unfortunately I can't test it. engine 1 freezes with a black
background, engine 2 freezes with a white background, engine 4
doesn't start up and engine 8 freezes with a white background.
When freezing, the last line to stderr is "InitInput()".

Looks similar to Harolds Test 14.
