Difficulty with Cynwin 1.1.8

First things first, you have to have your mount points in binmode.  Binmode
mounts are easy to setup during Cygwin installation, but they can be a bit
of a pain to change after Cygwin is installed.  In any case, you're going to
need to get your binmode mounts working, so go read the following Cygwin
manual page, and be one with it :-)
