Newbie Needs Help ....

The following is the output I get when trying  startxwin.bat
I get the same from either clicking on startxwin.bat from explorer or
from a startxwin @ the command line from within my usr/X11R6/bin

I am running win 2000 Pro.

I tried to get to the archeives to read up before posting but that
didn't work to well.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated
