XWin doesn't run.

Use Windows driver.  There is no such beast like Cygwin platform.  Cygwin is
a tool not a platform, which runs under windows.

Now I know that I need to download the video card driver
for my card cirrus logic 5430.

I checked the cirrus site, they have windows, linux platforms ...
But I want the cygwin platform driver for CL 5430.

My display card is  S3 Savage 4. I solved this problem when I update display
driver from S3 web.
