[ANNOUNCE] XWin Keyboard test 4

Hi,

The kbd-test-4 release of the keyboard test is available at 
http://www.gotti.org or [1]

I added some code to prevent key-repeat when switching from X to
other windows applications.

On the webpage, there is also an modmap for german keyboard layout.
