Ahh the xmodmap.se were.. incomplete, xmodmap.fi works better :-) 

Ahh well.. BTW You do:

SET PATH=%PATH%;\usr\X11R6\bin;\cygwin\bin;\cygwin\usr\bin

in the startxwin.bat file.. the problem is that cygwin remaps
\usr\X11R6\bin to /cygdrive/c/usr/X11R6/bin, missing a cygwin
there.. so you should probably set it to '\cygwin\X11R6\bin'??

Or am I the only one who have put cygwin-x11 into /cygwin ? :-)
