win32-x11 vs. Cygwin/xfree86

one is built from xfree86 sources and the xserver code is now part of
xfree86 sources tree
and uses cygwin therefore cygwin/xfree
win32-x11 is based upon basic X11R6.5.11 from X Consortium and is missing
XF86 modifications
and does not depend upon Cygwin1.dll. compile with MSVC
