Compiling the current CVS of XFree86 with Cygwin

I've tried that before... yup... can't say that it ever worked, but I've
tried it.

I've also tried the reverse, mounting a windows share on my linux box to
build a program on my linux box.  Can't say that worked either.

Compile on local drives only, or you are asking for trouble.
