Possible race condition notes

cygwin.cf defines FD_SETSIZE=256.

However, os/WaitFor.c, os/io.c, and os/connection.c make reference to
XFD_SETSIZE, not FD_SETSIZE.  Is FD_SETSIZE a mistake or legit?
