Compiling KDE2 problems on Xfree/Cygwin

Hi,

I like to compile KDE2.1 on cygwin. Compiling qt and kdesupport works fine,
but on compiling kdelibs-2.1 I run into problems. It seems that some
symboles are missing in the X11-ICE lib, which are normally have to be
there. The missing symbols are:
`_IceTransSetOption'
`_IceTransConnect'
`_IceTransClose'
`_IceTransOpenCOTSClient'
`_IceTransGetConnectionNumber'
`_IceTransRead'
`_IceTransWrite'

Can anyone tell me, whats the reason for this is and what I can do ?
