"Cannot open display" or XDMCP problem ?

^^^^^^^^^^^  this your TCO issue.  XDMCP canot figure out the IP address
on your machine.  Can you try the following command

XWin95 :0 -from 129.227.62.61  -query 129.227.62.246  && xhost + &
