AltGr stand-alone test executable [2]

Users with AltGr keys,

I've posted a modification of my keyboard message collector to:

You may have noticed that the last test generated several, "Discarding fake
Ctrl_L press", messages, but there were no corresponding, "Discarding fake
Ctrl_L release", messages.  Fake releases were not being discarded because I
made a slight mistake in my call to PeekMessage; I have fixed that mistake
in this release.

If you get a chance, please run the executable, enter the following key
sequences, and send the generated keys.log file to the list.

The keystrokes I need are:
1) AltGr down, AltGr up
