minimal cygwin to run XFree86 ?

Perhaps the ones in the cygwin distro can be gotten rid of when xfree86
is part of setup.exe? We could just package those dlls separately?

Actually I do not like the idea of foring xpm and z.dll and
including headers in cygwin/include which may cause problems.
