Missing DLL

Hello,

I completely followed the instructions in the
Cygwin/XFree86 User's Guide on installing it. 
However, when I tried to run it, I got a message
saying that I was missing the file 'cygwin1.dll'. 
Cygwin itself works fine on my machine.
