installation of cywin86-xfree v.4.1.0

Dear Sir/Madam

I can confirm the installation problem of  Terence TH Ho with
"command gnu-tar not found" and command "command extract not found" when
running xinstall.sh
I have tried it under Windows 98 and Windows 2000 with different CYGWIN
releases.

At the moment, I have no solution too.
I tried to follow the installation instructions manually given in the
file Install but the instructions seem to not be complete because some
required files don't exist after the manual installation procedure.
