could not open default font 'fixed'

If I start the x-server with "XWin -screen 0 800x600x16" it shows the error
message below.

I used the install-script Xinstall.sh to install XFree (so I didn't use
WinZip) and I installed all font packages, including Type1, misc and 75dpi.
I downloaded both, cygwin and cygwin/XFree86 yesterday, so it should be the
latest version. What can I do?
