Here is the requested output to the  mount command from the Cygwin bash =
shell:

Device               Directory              Type            Flags
C:\cygwin\bin       /usr/bin            system       binmode
C:\cygwin\lib        /usr/lib             system       binmode
C:\cygwin            /                      system       binmode
c:\cygwin            /                       user           textmode
