libz.dll in 4.1.0

Hi Pierre,

Yeah, I know.  After reading the first post today morning, I checked
cygwin.cf file.  Apparantly one #define for Gzip library after HasZlib was
removed from cygwin.cf
I do not recall, It was me who removed it.  I have submitted a patch to fix
it.
I will uplaod a libz.dll archive for time being, and soon I will try to
update binary release so
it uses cygz.dll from Cygwin.
