Broken Link

There's a broken link in the 6th paragraph under the heading "Downloading
and Installing":

Cygwin has its own installer; you can click the Install Cygwin Now
<../setup.exe> link on the Cygwin home page to being installation. Install
all Cygwin packages and set your Default Text File Type to 'Unix' when
prompted; only deviate from these instructions if you are an expert.

the setup.exe can't be found.  I'd sure like to install this *grin*
