Problems with Mouse

Hi there,

cygwin/Xfre is running good for me. I can start KDE from my Linux Server 
and I have the right german keyboard but my mouse (Logitech cordless 
Mouse Man Wheel) canÃ‚Â´t cut and paste...
WhatÃ‚Â´s wrong?
