I added an xfree86.cygwin.com alias when someone started using it.  I just
added an xfree.cygwin.com address as well so hopefully this is no longer
an issue.

Slowly but surely I'm automating these processes so that it isn't such a
big deal to service these kind of requests.  I haven't gotten to this particular
one yet, though.
