X server won't start in win95a

I have the latest Cygwin and X, windows 98 2ed and it's a _no_ go also.
Yes, Raymond Kwong, directX is installed.  (Most Windows machines will
have directX.  The only exceptions I can think of is the Windows
machines of the Cygwin developers!)
