intalation under winME

Hi
I have try to get the binaries of 4.1.0 to run the xserver under winME.
I decompress and untar everything in the rigth place. Put the
SecurytyPlociy file where should be etc. But I still get this:

$ ./XWin -screen 0 800x600x32 -engine 4

with nothing else that a 800x600 screen wiht flucking black dots in it

Any ideas or help to put this to run!

Also when I use the .bat file startxwin I do not find rxvt
