you still have to setup your mount points.
cd c:\cygwin\bin
mount -b c:\cygwin /bin
mount -b c:\cygwin\bin /usr/bin
mount -b c:\cygwin\lib /usr/lib
if this doesn't work, please install cygwin using the setup utility.
