XFree86 MISC Extension

I admit, it doesn't show up in xdpyinfo, and it seems that it should.  It
may just be a fluke that it isn't showing up in xdpyinfo... who knows?
Sounds like a good idea to wait until someone complains again, with a
reproducible test case.  We could send an email to the last reporter, I
suppose?
