cygwin setup packages

Well, the new setup has been out for nearly a week now, and apart from a
rapidly growing wishlist it looks like it's quite stable.

If you folk want to put together packages for the X11 category, now is
the time...

http://www.cygwin.com/setup.html documents the process and packing
format. It should be quite straightforward for you: Simply have the
appropriate dependencies in place, and for the X server package have a
post install script that contains your current installation script.
