inttypes.h for XMPS...

Hello !
i have a question about inttypes.h.....
i have installed Cygwin on Windows2000, and now i'im trying to install XMPS 
(compiling it) who need this header...
If you can tell me what is the package who generaly put this haeder, it 
will be good !!
