They are RN. There is a little porting needed, but not much. Some lists
that may be of interest:
wine,
mingw,
reactos.

(Why reactos you say? Well they have been very active in adding
compatability support to gcc because of their goal - binary
compatability with NT. This support includes fastcall linking and fixes
to windres amongst other older things).
