New cygwin released (1.3.3)

If you are reading the cygwin mailing list, you know that I've just released
a new version of cygwin.

I hope that this rectifies most (all?) of the problems reported here
which have prompted people to suggest using cygwin snapshots.

If you are having problems with cygwin 1.3.3 that you thought were actually
rectified by a cygwin snapshot, please send email with *details* here.
