xfree source?

I've tried to download the xfree sources from 
ftp://ftp.sunsite.utk.edu/pub/cygwin/ and 
ftp://ftp.nas.nasa.gov/mirrors/cygwin.com/pub/cygwin/ .
The directory /pub/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-src contains only the files:
-rw-rw-r--   1 65521       3100 Nov 24  2000 Readme
-rw-r--r--   1 65521         41 Mar 21 15:48 md5.sum

Readme says that I should download xc-4:
xc40-1.tar.bz2
xc40-2.tar.bz2
xc40-3.tar.bz2
xc40-4.tar.bz2

1.  There is no xc-4 directory.
2. I can't find any of the xc40-n.tar.bz2 files.

Is the source available?  From where?
