8-bit PseudoColor

Mark,

I need you to do two things for me:

1) Run XWin.exe as you usually do with Windows in 8 bit mode.

2) Run 'XWin -fullscreen -depth 8'.

For each of the above, send in /tmp/XWin.log and the output of 'xdpyinfo',
which can be run from an xterm.  Also, report on whether Cadence, etc.
displays correctly.
