That's correct.  The logo that is being used is apparently the old
"Cyg*nus*" logo.

While I like the logo, I'd prefer the current Cygwin one.  Or even an a
completely new Cygwin logo, for that matter.

This is just my preference for the Cygwin part of Cygwin/XFree86.
