How to load libfreetype

hello.

I'm Cygwin-XFree86's user,
and I want to use the TrueType fonts(libfreetype?).
But Cygwin-XFree86 has no XF86Config settingfile!!!
How can I load the module?
Somebody please tell me hot to configure it.
