I agree with Alexander here. In your scenario kumarchi, it sounds like
you have an isolated lan so it wouldn't matter as much. But you should
practice using the ssh -X tunneling method. It's a lot simpler, i.e.
you don't need to configure your $DISPLAY, you don't have you monkey
with xhosts, no need to mess with .x* files.
