another problem wihle trying to install xfree under cygwin

This is because either you have a very old Cygwin version (B20.x) or you
have two versions of Cygwin1.dll (B20.x) and a newer version of
Cygwin1.dll.  Remove older versions of Cygwin and upgrade your Cygwin to
a latest release
