Log filling up

I have just installed Cygwin/X 4.2.0 from binaries and am enjoying accessing both my Windows (XP Pro) and Linux boxes from one machine.  However, I found that I cannot leave X running too long or my log fills up with the following message:
  winCursorOffScreen () - hmm...
This can fill up a couple gigs worth of space overnight, when I have my machine locked.

Is there a way to disable this message?
